What’s Your Home’s Dirt Code?

To give you the most accurate quote possible, we ask each client to select a Dirt Code when booking. This helps us estimate the time and team needed for your service.

If our team arrives and the condition of your home is significantly different from the selected Dirt Code, we will update the quote before cleaning begins.
Dirt Code Levels (1–11)

1. Immaculate – Does someone even live here?
2. Exceptional – Tidy & cleaned almost daily.
3. Good – Home is relatively clean. Dirt build-up is light surface level.
4. Marginal – Light buildup. Typically a home between biweekly cleanings.
5. Average – Lived in, air filters changed often, light soap scum.
Also includes: Marginal – Light buildup.
6. Moderate – Lived in with pets/kids, air filters changed often, moderate soap scum.
7. Fallen Behind – Build-up in bathrooms and kitchen, air filters changed late.
8. Challenging – What are air filters? Dust build-up is heavy on fans, bathrooms with soap scum, kitchen has heavy build-up. My dust has dust!
9. Extremely Challenging – You don’t know where to start and you just need help. Chores have fallen behind and a deep scrubbing is needed in 3/4 of the home.
10. Maximum Challenge – All areas of the home need intensive detailing. Dust falls right back onto surfaces and floors may need to be cleaned 2–3 times.
11. Out of Our Scope – Biohazard, pet waste, infestation, hoarder situations.
If we encounter any of these, we will not be able to clean for health and safety reasons.

Not Sure Which One You Are?

If you’re unsure, it’s always better to round up.
Our team will assess your home on arrival and confirm if any pricing adjustments are needed before we begin.
