POTREBNO
- 600 g mljevene janjetine
- 100 g luka
- 2 ?ešnja ?ešnjaka
- ½ kasikice papra
- 2 kasikice vegete
- ½ kasikice soli
- ulje za pe?enje
PRIPREMA
- Mljeveno meso stavite u dublju zdjelu. Dodajte nasjeckani luk, protisnuti ?ešnjak, papar, Vegetu i sol.
- Pripremljenu smjesu dobro izmiješajte, a zatim oblikujte pljeskavice.
- Pripremljene pljeskavice pecite na zagrijanoj, uljem premazanoj rešetki roštilja ili u tavi na ulju.

Za tijesto:
- 500 ml vode
- 150 g še?era
- malo soli
- 250 ml ulja
- 2 žli?ice naribane limunove korice
- 500 g brasna
- 5 jaja
Za še?erni sirup:
- 750 ml vode
- 1 kg še?era
- 2 vre?ice
- Vanilin secer
Za prženje:
PRIPREMA
- Sirup pripremite tako da prokuhate še?er i vodu pa ga ostavite da se ohladi.
- Za pripremu tijesta vodu, še?er, sol, ulje i koricu limuna zakuhajte. Umiješajte brašno, a zatim miješaju?i maknite s vatre i ohladite.
- Dodajte jedno po jedno jaje uz miješanje dok ne dobijete glatko tijesto.
- Od pripremljenog tijesta pomo?u slasti?arske vre?ice ili kalupa oblikujte tulumbe.
- Tulumbe pržite u zagrijanom ulju do zlatne boje, izvadite ih na upijaju?i papir i odmah stavljajte u pripremljeni sirup. Neka odstoje u sirupu sve dok sljede?e tulumbe nisu pe?ene. Onda ih izvadite i složite u posudu jednu do druge.
- Kad su sve pe?ene, prelijte ih preostalim sirupom i ostavite stajati na hladnome mjestu.
