SASTOJCI

Kora:

  • 6 zumanaca
  • 3 kasika secera
  • 4 kasike brasna
  • 3 kasike ulja
  • 5-6 kasika mlijeka

Sampita

  • 12 bjelanaca
  • 750 gr secera

Sirup (agda)

  • 1 limun manji
  • 1/2 l vode
  • 12 kasika secera

UPUSTVO

  1. U zumanca dodati secer, pa ulje, pa mlijeko i brasno. Da ne bude mnogo gusto dodati malcice jos mlijeka. Ispeci tanku koricu 15ak min. na 180 stepeni.

SAMPITA I Sirup:

  1. Od 800 gr secera pokvasenog sa 1/2 l vode, koliko da ga pokvasi skuvati gust sirup .Kuvati oko 4-5 min.
  2. Za to vrijeme mutiti bjelanca sa 12 kasika kristal secera i odmah dodati iscijedjen limun.
  3. Vreo sirup sipati polako u bjelanca i mutiti sve dok ne dobijete gustu masu da ne moze bas lako da sklizne iz posude. Treba oko 30 min. da se muti na ovu kolicinu.
  4. Istresti preko kore i tek kad se ohladi rezati.

INGREDIENTS

Crust:

  • 6 egg noggs
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 5-6 tablespoons of milk

ICING (Sampita Cream)

  • 12 eggwhites
  • 750g of sugar

Syrup

  • 1 lemon (smaller)
  • ½ liter of water
  • 12 tablespooons of sugar

DIRECTIONS

CRUST

  1. Mix well egg noggs, sugar, oil, milk and flour. Pour into a pan (tepsija) and bake for 15 minutes on approx 350 degrees.

ICING AND SYRUP

  1. Take 800g sugar with ½ liter of water in a pot and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  2. During that time mix the egg whites with 12 spoons of sugar and a squeezed lemon in a electric mixer to make the icing.
  3. Add the hot syrup into the eggwhite mass (in the mixer) for 30 minutes until you get thick cream (icing).
  4. When the mass is very thick, pour it over the baked crust in the pan and let it cool for a few hours in the refrigerator and then cut in squares and serve!
