Priprema:
Umutiti sastojke za prvi rolat i izruciti u nauljen i brasnom posut pleh pa pravac rerna.Dok se prvi rolat pece,mutimo masu za drugi rolat i takodje izrucimo na nauljen i brasnom posut pleh i cim je gotov prvi u rernu ide drugi rolat.Pocinjemo sa pravljenjem fila.
Pomesati puding sa secerom,brasnom i 4 zumanceta dodati malo mleka,oduzeti od one 1/2 litre. Ostatak mleka staviti da se skuva pa dodati izradjenu masu i dobro mesati da se ne uhvati za dno serpe.Skloniti da se ohladi pa u ohladjeno dodati izradjen margarin i mlevene orahe.
Filovati oba rolata sa ovim filom i staviti manji rolat,vec umotan, na veci braon rolat.Sve zajedno umotati u jedan rolat. Od gore premazati belim filom koji mozemo da mutimo na pari ili da ulupamo belanca i da im dodamo uspinovan secer sa vrlo malo vode.
