Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

We will provide all of the cleaning supplies and “tools of our trade”. We properly disinfect your supplies and keep them separated. Of course, if you would prefer to provide the cleaning supplies, let us know, we are happy to oblige.

Every cleaning has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We always ask that you meet with us at the end to ensure that you are satisfied. However, if that isn’t possible, please let us know by 11 am the next day.

If it is necessary for you to change, cancel or skip your regular cleaning day, we appreciate at least 2 business days notice. If you do not notify our office and upon arrival we cannot enter your home, we will charge you a full price lock out fee to cover our expenses. Our teams daily pay is based on homes scheduled. When you skip on short notice or lock out the team, we do not have time to fill in your spot and our teams pat is affected. It also can cause scheduling problems with our other clients. Should you at any time require a change or modification of the cleaning detail or instructions, or wish to change the cleaning schedule of frequency, a call to our office is the surest way of accomplishing this. The cleaning team is instructed to follow the instructions as they appear on their personalized work order and that is a reflection of the information agreed to on the reverse side of this page. Specific instructions or request given to the team cannot be guaranteed from week to week. If we show up and aren’t able to get access to your home or if appointment isn’t cancelled at least two days in advance, there is a $50 lock out fee.

Our employees are bonded for your protection.
This bond insures, protects and compensates you if an employee is guilty of theft.

Yes, we carries liability insurance. Liability insurance protects you and will cover damage to your home or property that is caused by our employees.

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in comment section of your online booking or by contacting our office.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one to two-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

You may pay with check or cash, leaving payment on your counter top in a sealed envelope provided by us. Credit card payment are available to repeat clients, but do come with a convenience fee.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. You may be charged a deposit for holding your appointment slot which will be deducted from total cost of your cleaning

No. However, we do have a service agreement. There is no term to the agreement between the client or BA House Cleaning. You may cancel your cleaning service at any time. BA House Cleaning also reserves the right to cancel the service provided at any time.

Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request extra items via your customer dashboard.

Dust and polish the furniture with damp microfiber cloth or lemon oil (customer’s preference)
Dust open shelves, ceiling fans, air vents, baseboards, window sills and mini-blinds
Windex mirrors, picture glass, inside sliding glass doors and television screens
Clean and shine the bathroom tile, tubs, shower doors, commodes, sinks and counter tops
Clean the top and front of the stove, as well as the burners
Clean the top, front and sides of the refrigerator
Clean the front of the dishwasher
Clean all kitchen counter tops, sinks, small appliances and the microwave
Collect and dispose of all trash
Damp mop all of the floors
Vacuum all of the carpeted areas

We will provide all of the cleaning supplies and “tools of our trade”. We properly disinfect your supplies and keep them separated. Of course, if you would prefer to provide the cleaning supplies, let us know, we are happy to oblige.

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.

We clean in solo cleaners and teams of two, depending on the home size and service type. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same cleaners going forward.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
